Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A valid card and deposit are required to book all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, package credits may be used for services but cannot be refunded for cash, credit, or transfers.
